Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
- .75 oz. Pineapple Lemon Olio
- .5 oz. Peychaud’s Aperitivo
- .5 oz. Lemon Juice
- Barspoon Passion Fruit Purée
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds and lemon twist.
