Ingredients

  • 2 oz Wheatley Vodka
  • 1 oz beetroot juice
  • 2 slices of beetroot
  • 2 dashes orange bitter
  • 1 fresh lime squeezed
  • 1 oz cranberry juice

Directions

  • Muddle 2 slices of beetroot into the shaker and add all the ingredients.
  • Shake and double strain with a fine strainer into a Nick and Nora glass (or coupette).
  • Garnish the glass with W shaped orange peel fixed with a mini wooden clip.
