Bottoms Up

Ingredients
- 2 oz Buffalo Trace
- .75 oz Lemon
- 5 oz Pineapple Gum
- Whole Kimchi muddled
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- Strain into a Collins glass
- Garnish with dehydrated citrus and mint
