  • 2 oz Buffalo Trace
  • .75 oz Lemon
  • 5 oz Pineapple Gum
  • Whole Kimchi muddled


  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Fill with ice and shake
  • Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • Strain into a Collins glass
  • Garnish with dehydrated citrus and mint
