Ingredients
- 2 oz. Wheatley Vodka
- 1 barspoon sweet potato puree (babyfood)
- .25 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. fresh pressed watermelon juice
- .75 oz. house tonic syrup
Directions
- Double nitro charge in iSi with light ice
- Release into collins glass over clear collins ice
- Garnish with fresh fennel top
