Green Machine
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
- 2 oz. fresh cold-pressed cucumber/kale/celery/fennel
- .5 oz. honey simple syrup
- .75 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 mint sprigs (Save one sprig for garnish)
- 1 fresh cucumber slices (garnish)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaking tin with ice
- Shake and strain into a Collins glass with large-format ice
- Garnish a cucumber slices and a fresh mint sprig
- Serve and enjoy!
