  • 2 oz. Quince infused Wheatley
  • 1 oz. White Wine Syrup (bottle of sweet white wine reduced with sugar)
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Muddled Dill
  • 1 Egg White


  • Double shaken once dry and once with ice.
  • Double strained into rocks glass with large cube garnished with fresh dill.
