The Gallagher

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
• 2 oz.f fresh cold-pressed watermelon/lime/probiotics
• .5 oz. grenadine
• .75 oz. fresh lime juice
• 5 drops celery bitters
• 1 basil sprig (Save a leaf for garnish)
• 4-5 Frozen watermelon cubes
• 1 fresh watermelon wedge (garnish)

Directions

• Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaking tin with ice
• Shake and strain into a Mason jar with crushed ice
• Top with frozen watermelon cubes
• Garnish a watermelon wedge and basil leaf
• Serve and enjoy!
