The New Caledonia
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
- 1 oz. Lillet Rosé
- .5 oz. Contatto Brianco
- 1 dash Lemon Bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir.
- Strain into glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange twist.
